Last night a bowler had tape in his finger holes but the tape also extended
outside of the finger holes to about one inch below the finger holes (not
the greatest explanation, but should work).
Is this legal?
I did not say anything because this is basically a "fun" league and did not
want
to start a argument because I was not 100% positive.
