Subject: i can not release my thumb on bowling ball

i live in Thailand, sometimes, i have a problems about my thumb can
not release the thumb hole eventhough,my thumb and hole is a suitable
(not fix and loose). Therefore, i would like your suggestion to help
about this cases. please help me by sent the suggestion to this or my
