Subject: how would you take this?

I was bowling team events at our city tourny (nice size association of
about 20 houses). 2 of the guys on the other team asked me what my
average was. I told them I booked a 192. They both asked "how are you
carrying only a 192?" . At first I took it as a complement but after
thinking about it not so sure. Could have been saying I bagged it or
trying to be funny.
