I have noticed that alot of people always ask similar questions about good methods for cleaning their bowling balls. I have been bowling for about 17 years now and have found that water is the best and easiest method. If you have noticed that you ball doesn't react like it did when you first got, it is because the ball is saturated with oil. Take a large cooking pot and fill it with boiling water. Once the water boils place your ball in it for 15-20 minutes. The hot water will get inside the balls pores and force the oil out. You will see all the oil that gets removed from the ball because it will surface in the water. Then all you have to do is dump the water out and wipe your ball off and it will be like new. I recommend only doing this every other month or so.
