Subject: best thing to clean oil off??
|
i am quite aware of the techniques involved with getting the oil out of the ball (dish water liquid and soaking your ball, baking your ball, leaving it outside in the sun, over a heat vent, taking it in to a proshop, one even said to spray brake cleaner on it)i personallly used to bake it,but stopped after all the warnings and now soak it in very hot soap dish water. question is--when on the lanes in a league night and it is comming back with oil rings on it,a very oily condition on the lanes and i need the ball to stop some of it's skidding and grab the lane more, what is the best thing to use on the ball to get the slick condition off,(windex,409,just rubbing alcohol, the sprays sold behind the counter)whats the best cutting legal substance to use say after every frame or every other frame to try to get the best grab on oily conditions??? thanks
