Subject: Unable to get rotation on the ball, weak wrist. Any suggestions?
Howdy all
I am trying to develop a hook shot but I seem to be unable to cup the ball
enough to get any revs on it. Will a wrist support aid this problem? I just
don't have enough power to keep my hand under the ball long enough to get
any appreciable rotation on it. I am using a Hammer Diesel (black and red)
on just regular open bowling conditions, not sure what oil pattern but that
doesn't matter right now. I can watch my ball going down the lane and see
it isn't turning. It seems if I release it slower, the weight in the ball
eventually makes it hook a little once it gets down the lane, but not with
enough power to strike consistently. Any suggestions at all?
Thanks
Rob
