Folks:
I am fairly new to bowling. My girlfriend introduced me to it about a
year ago. I have bumbled along on my own mostly. I have two
question.
1. I am six foot five and fift-three years old. I have been trying
to improve using some of the tips at

I don't think that at my height and age I can physically do the
delivery he suggests. Do any of you have any suggestions for tall
bowlers.
2. I bowl with a Columbia, Hyde. My average now is about 165. It
seems that my finger inserts are becoming worn. How often should they
be replaced (or maintained) and how do I know when to do it.
