Subject: Resurfacing Balls

I recently purchased a spinner and have been resurfacing balls from
the league players from the house I play at. I have had alot of good
feedback. I have yet to find a definitave ruling regarding the minimum
diameter of a ball. Some of the references I use state "roughly 8,500
inches or 26.7 inches in circumference". I have checked the rules
online but can only find reference to the maximum diameter.
Can anyone clear this up for me. I would hate to to a ball for someone
that is at the end of it's usefull life.
