hand) which resulted in two knuckles being broken.
As you can imagine, i could barely think about lifting a ball let alone
throw one, but once my hand healed, i noticed that i didn't have the
same grip strength in my fingertips.
So i was wondering if you guys know of any exercises or gizmos that can
increase finger strength.
