Subject: Ques. about League Auditing and Audit Committee?

Our league rules say the president gets the bank statement so he can
verify the league funds. Just what are the steps in verifying the fund?
Also there is a Audit Committee that audits the account three times
during the season. What are the steps they take in doing the audit.
I guess just how do you do the auditing whats envolved.
