Subject: Prize lists "Should Hdcp pay more than Scratch?"

We just voted on our prize list last week. Afterwards a couple had a
question in regard to the individual prizes (High Game Hdcp, High Game
Scratch etc. etc. ).
"Why did Hdcp pay the same as scratch?
example-
1st place High Game Hdcp- $15.00
1st place High Game Scratch- $15.00
1st place High Series Hdcp- $15.00
1st place High Series Scratch- $15.00
The leagues they bowled on someplace else always payed Handicap more
than scratch. They didn't think it was right they are the same.
I told them that here they have always been the same here.
I've bowled here for10+ years and never saw a prize list that payed
handicap more than scratch.
I would think if one did pay one more than another scratch should get
more than handicap.
I was just wondering what other leagues prize list did?
