Subject: Picking a new Ball

I've been bowling since I was a kid and have never really spent a lot
of money on it but have had moderate success. Most of my equipment is
hand me down. I'm averaging 195-199 with a Zone Eraser and a Boss
Titanium.
I usually stand from the middle dot to the 1 left of it and shoot
between boards 10 and 15. My speed is pretty consistent around 12 - 13
mph. I don't throw as hard as some of the guys I see but I hardly ever
miss spares and will usually pull of a 250+ game every week or so.
But I'm wondering if a new ball will raise my average into the 200's. I
try reading the descriptions on www.bowl.com but of course every ball
there is the best one ever made so I don't know what to look for. Lane
conditions are usually medium maybe a little more at my house.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
