Tough game. Not near enough oil in the middle when I try to throw it slow, but seems like a lot of oil outside. Reminds me of the A or C patterns on the PBA tour. Been playing it a few days now and can't seem to break 160....about 50 pins below my league average.

Brunswick Circuit Pro should be out soon, and that will be a LOT better! :-) Ryan "ron mexico" <mvick@falcons.com > wrote in message news:f5ppa30gl4@enews5.newsguy.com... > Tough game. I have played it three times and I find it harder than real bowling. I also played tiger woods golf on the wii and I could not hit the ball straight off of the tee. anywhere else on the course I could hit it straight, but not off of the tee.

If I throw a straight ball, I can average about 190 per session but when I try to play a hook, I only average about 140 or so. My buddy Rick, is pretty good with the straight ball and has been averaging about 210. When we go practice bowling, he only has a 90 (yes, ninety) average. I don't think the game knows the concept of oil though unless it is based on one pattern. I believe Brunswick has or is coming out with a bowling game for the Wii and you will be unable to unlock different bowling balls and lane conditions. I don't have my own Wii yet, so I have no reason to purchase or find it yet. I will say that it is pretty fun trying to get the big hook though. moncho
